How many rentals am I allowed to enter?
Our pricing plan allows the Landlord to add up to 100 rentals. Each unit in a duplex or multi-unit building are considered separate rentals.
What features are included in each plan?
Our per unit pricing makes pricing easy. All features are included in all pricing plans. The only thing that changes how much you pay is the number of rental units you have. All enhancements and bug fixes are included in your monthly subscription fee.
How can I pay?
Pay for BaseRent on our secure server with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express using our Stripe integration—sorry, no PayPal, purchase orders, COD orders or telephone orders will be accepted.
Any per user fees?
Nope, our pricing is all based on the number of rentals rather than the number of users.
Are there any contracts involved with signing up?
Nope, BaseRent is a pay-as-you-go service with no contracts.
